I’m Yapah Judah, a practicing Breathing Meditation Practitioner since 2020. My meditation journey sprouted from my desire to become healthier and more mindful. Breathing Meditation has transformed me into a more positive, productive, and peaceful person, and I can’t wait to share its benefits with you.

My techniques are simple and easy to integrate into daily life, no matter how busy you are. I have helped numerous of people from all backgrounds and skill levels. Join me today to start your transformation journey.

Yapah Life™ is committed to mindfulness and well-being. While it might seem like I got here overnight, I didn’t. In fact, it took me until 2020 before my true passion for breathing meditation began to sink in and I understood all of its benefits.

Since then, I've built my life around helping others discover the joy of breathing meditation. As my clients develop, they will gain the tools to tap into their own inner light, empowering them to form their own path towards mindfulness, peace and transformation.

Whether you're dealing with pain, stress, or anxiety, or ​simply seeking to enhance your mental and emotional well-being, my mission is to guide you toward ​becoming the best version of yourself.


Breathing meditation has been a transformative journey for me. I turned to it as a way to release the physical ​pain, stress, and anxiety I carried within, and it has reshaped my life—bringing more positivity, productivity, ​and peace. I now use this practice to help others nurture their mental, emotional, and spiritual health, ​unlocking the calm and clarity we all deserve.

I have an Accreditation from Complementary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA) as a Meditation ​Practitioner / Teacher from The Priority Academy. I have also completed Life Awareness Sessions, the Seven ​Day Essentials, Breath is Life, and the Certified Breathwork Instructor from YogaLap, Continuing Education ​Provider YACEP Yoga Alliance.

Start your day with positivity and joy! The Gratitude Journal is the ​perfect way to start your day. You will begin by setting your intention ​and where you want to focus your energy, then you will fill out a daily ​gratitude sheet followed by writing down your thoughts and at the end of ​the 21 days there is a review of your intention with questions to answer. ​You are able to repeat this process for another 21 days, and then for the ​rest of the pages it allows you to write down your thoughts; to focus on ​Gratitude.


Each day is different so why not be Grateful for it and list it in your ​Gratitude Journal.

I highly recommend the breathing meditation class. It helps with anxiety, stress, overthinking, etc. I specifically booked this class for anxiety and my overthinking which will cause me to have mental breakdowns. I can say by taking this class it really helped me get out of my head and not overthink about everything. The instructor was very patient with me and was specific with her instructions. She played soft meditation music in the background to help me with the relaxation process. It honestly was a good exercise/class. I would most definitely book again!!
